Unilever – Commits to 100% recyclable plastic packaging by 2025

To help transform global plastic packaging material flows, Unilever has committed that all of its plastic packaging is designed to be reusable, recyclable or compostable by 2025. They also vowed to invest in proving, and then sharing with the industry, technical solution that address the problem of plastic waste
UK • In mid-January Unilever publically committed to ensuring that all of its plastic packaging will be fully reusable, recyclable or compostable by 2025 as it called on the entire plastics and packaging industry to accelerate progress towards a circular economy that keeps plastic out of the worlds oceans, fragile ecosystems and landfills.
