Print4All survey - Part 3
A statement by Daniel Barbui (ACE electrostatic)
With Print4All, show organiser Fiera Milano offers a new event show concept to the printing and converting industries. Flexo & Gravure Global asked some exhibitors about their opinion concerning their assessment of the new concept and their individual expectations and products on display.
1) What are your expectations for Print4All?
We expect the number of visitors and exhibitors to double compared to previous versions of this conference. In terms of floor space, our stand will be almost three times larger than Converflex. The new partnerships we have developed with other organizations gives us the chance to be part of an important group of exhibitors from different sectors. We are confident that Print4All will be a great success.
2) Why should industry professionals attend?
In this exhibition, the most important aspect is the synergy between the different exhibitors. Attendees can visit companies that manufacture extrusion lines, flexo presses, converting machines and really the whole supply chain. From a visitor’s perspective, our aim is to reinforce the European and MEA markets. In the future we will grow stronger and attract many other OEMs and visitors from Asian, American and south American countries as well as professionals from outside of Europe.
3) What will be special or unique about this trade show and conference?
Visitors should come to Print4All knowing that it will be difficult to find another show that has so many different machines on display or to have the chance to be informed about so many new market developments.
4) What will your company be highlighting and showcasing?
We will be exhibiting our new and patented ESA electrostatic assist system with 24-volt technology, which represents a real revolution for the rotogravure printing sector. It is already creating important sales results. We will also be showing a new, patent pending, dust removal device for cutting systems in addition to two or three different models of our web cleaners including the new one designed for digital printing presses.
5) What else are you looking forward to seeing, learning or being a part of at Print4All?
We think this exhibition, actually as a start-up, will be a milestone for the future, and the right industrial recognition of the Made in Italy importance in the printing and converting sector, as well as recognition by the well-known drupa trade fair. Since I have been involved in organizing this event, I am also excited for all the visitors coming to Milan for perhaps the first time. I welcome them to this beautiful, ancient city that today has almost completely been renewed. Downtown you have the La Scala, the Duomo and the new skyline. It is an exciting city with so much art and incredible fashion.
